Bio
For Christina Hurley, great marketing begins with understanding people.
Over the past 15 years, she’s built a career around that philosophy — transforming insights into strategies that not only grow brands but genuinely connect with consumers.
As a seasoned marketing and product strategy leader in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, Christina has led cross-functional teams, guided multimillion-dollar product portfolios, and helped shape the retail experience for some of America’s most trusted brands. At LIXIL Corporation (American Standard), she spearheaded retail marketing strategies that delivered measurable growth and helped reimagine how consumers engage with products both in-store and online. Before that, at Liberty Hardware, she oversaw brand and product innovation that fueled more than 40% category growth — proof that creativity and commercial success can absolutely go hand in hand.
But Christina’s story is about more than numbers and launches. It’s about curiosity, collaboration, and the belief that the best ideas often come from listening first. Whether she’s aligning teams around a shared vision, shaping an aisle strategy that enhances the shopper journey, or mentoring others through change, her leadership is grounded in empathy and purpose.
Her innovative approach has earned her two U.S. utility patents, reflecting her passion for designing products that solve real problems and make everyday life a little better. She brings that same inventive mindset to every challenge — balancing the art of storytelling with the science of strategy.
Outside of work, Christina channels her creativity into community and storytelling. She served on the Executive Board of her local PTA and produces the True Crime Mamas Podcast, which has drawn over 25,000 downloads — a passion project that sharpened her skills in audience engagement and authentic connection.
Christina holds a B.S. in Textile Products Marketing with a Minor in Business from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification. Her professional philosophy is simple: meaningful marketing happens when insight meets intention — when data, design, and empathy work together to create something truly valuable.
Looking ahead, she’s eager to continue shaping strategies that inspire teams, grow brands, and deliver impact that lasts.
